The staff outside of India is not salaried and consists of various volunteers, including Geoffrey and Linda Simpson as the founders. All of the work is done in home offices, and all of the roles of the ministry are performed through volunteers. Trips taken to India by people involved in this ministry are paid for either by personal funds or through their own raised support. The ministry operating expenses here in the States are paid for out of the founders’ personal funds or out of money that was designated for administrative purposes by donors. Therefore, 100% of the support received is sent directly to the missionaries in India for the ministry work there. Within India we now operate as "Gamaliel Foundation" (name soon to be changed to "New Hope Ministries"). This organization has gained official recognition as a charitable organization by the central government of India and must therefore report every rupee (India’s currency) of foreign funds that it receives, as they are audited annually by the government of India. Gamaliel Foundation has a board of directors consisting of seven board members who oversee and guide the organization. Amongst the president, secretary, and treasurer, two of these three members must sign for any accounts withdrawn (the treasurer is required to be one of the signers for all of the accounts).
